The Concrete Bases are a sturdy way to hold your FiberBuilt umbrella. The bases require no filling. Features: -The bases can only be used with 7 1/2' and 9' umbrellas -Available in four colors -All bases come with black trim and sleeve -Standard sleeve accommodates both 1 1/2" and 1 3/4" poles -Weight of all bases is 50 lbs -Dimensions: 19" diameter x 14" overall height -Some assembly required Product Warranty FiberBuilt Umbrellas, Inc. warranties their fiberglass ribbed and all wood umbrellas, as well as all bases, cabanas and upholstery work for a period of one year, to the original purchaser, against defects in materials and workmanship. Additionally, the fiberglass support ribs are warranted for three full years. For warranty to apply, all umbrellas must be secured within bases of weights equal to or greater than those specified. Though our umbrellas have successfully passed wind tests up to 53 mph, FiberBuilt does not recommend allowing umbrellas to remain open during storms. Customer is responsible for taking the umbrella down when winds revery unsafe conditions. Normal care and maintenance of products is required to insure years of problem free use. Should repairs be necessary within the warranty period, FiberBuilt Umbrellas, Inc. will replace or repair(at its discretion) the defective ribs at no extra charge. This warranty does not cover the umbrella pole, crank or tilt. This warranty does not cover acts of God, abuse, misuse, or any vandalism incurred to the umbrella frame after purchase, nor does it cover customer's own material. The finish is warranted against peeling, cracking or blistering for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Not included in our "powder coat" warranty are table tops, umbrellas, terrace shells and market bases, wood furniture, cushions, slings and folding aluminum furniture. These products are warranted for one year to be free of manufacturing defects. Our steel market bases, if not properly maintained, will rust if the finish is scratched through to the metal. If this occurs, it must be touched up with an acrylic based paint.The wicker fiber featured in our Savona Wicker Collection is warranted by the fiber manufacturer for 3 years from the date of purchase. The natural weathering of wood finishes, breakage of glass, fading, staining and mildewing of fabrics, slings and strapping or the compression of cushion fillings and the rusting of market bases are not covered under warranty. This warranty does not cover the failure of furniture that, in Telescope's opinion, was caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, improper shipping or handling or by unreasonable or abusive use, and is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed. Furniture used in a commercial setting is not warranted unless it is specifically designated for commercial use as noted by a CQ (commercial quality) in our price index, in which case it is warranted from either one or five years from the date of purchase. Furniture stored outside or in other cold storage should be drained of any water. If allowed to freeze inside the furniture, water can damage the tubing. Such damage is not covered under our product warranty. No returns will be accepted by our factory without prior written authorization from our Customer Service Department. If your Tropitone frame fails structurally during normal usage, or if the finish peels, cracks, or blisters within fifteen years (5 years for commercial use), Tropitone will repair, refinish, or replace the frame (with same or similar product if discontinued) at no charge. Parts and labor are included for the first 3 years (1st year for commercial use.). Additionally the following 5, 3, and 1 year warranties apply: -For 5 years: Tropitone warrantees its vinyl straps for 5 years from the date of purchase. This applies only to breakage, not color changes. In the unlikely event that a strap breaks or pulls loose, Tropitone will provide a replacement strap at no charge (labor not included.) -For 3 years: Tropitone warrantees its vinyl straps against discoloration for three years from the date of purchase.
