Woodard Limited Warranty Woodard warrants to the original purchase (within the 50 United States and Canada) that the furniture you have selected is free from defects in material and workmanship for fifteen years for residential use of Classics and Aluminum collections, three years for residential use of Wicker and Table Top and commercial use of all products that Woodard deems proper for commercial use. Straps, slings, and cushions are warranted based on quality of workmanship, not fading, discoloration, mildew resistance, or stretching. If within the Warranty Period you furniture fails structurally or if the finish cracks, peels, or blisters, Woodard LLC will, at their option, repair or replace the frame in the original color or style, or similar if discontinued. Woodard will also replace straps within three years and slings within one year if they break or pull loose from the frame. This warranty does not cover and is void if damage is a result of freight/shipping, a failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, acts of God, improper care, freeze damage, mildew, normal wear, fading or stretching of fabrics and vinyl straps, glass breakage, glides, if the product is used for commercial use (other than those products Woodard specifies for commercial use) or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care outlined in the product information brochures. - Category: Home Family - Furniture - Item: 460516692

Telescope Casual Furniture Warranty If your Telescope powder coated frame fails structurally during normal usage within 15 years from the date of purchase, Telescope will repair, refinish or replace the frame without charge, parts and labor included. The finish is warranted against peeling, cracking or blistering for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Not included in our "powder coat" warranty are table tops, umbrellas, terrace shells and market bases, wood furniture, cushions, slings and folding aluminum furniture. These products are warranted for one year to be free of manufacturing defects. Our steel market bases, if not properly maintained, will rust if the finish is scratched through to the metal. If this occurs, it must be touched up with an acrylic based paint.The wicker fiber featured in our Savona Wicker Collection is warranted by the fiber manufacturer for 3 years from the date of purchase. The natural weathering of wood finishes, breakage of glass, fading, staining and mildewing of fabrics, slings and strapping or the compression of cushion fillings and the rusting of market bases are not covered under warranty. This warranty does not cover the failure of furniture that, in Telescope's opinion, was caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, improper shipping or handling or by unreasonable or abusive use, and is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed. Furniture used in a commercial setting is not warranted unless it is specifically designated for commercial use as noted by a CQ (commercial quality) in our price index, in which case it is warranted from either one or five years from the date of purchase. Furniture stored outside or in other cold storage should be drained of any water. If allowed to freeze inside the furniture, water can damage the tubing.
