Parts and labor are included for the first 3 years (1st year for commercial use.). Additionally the following 5, 3, and 1 year warranties apply: -For 5 years: Tropitone warrantees its vinyl straps for 5 years from the date of purchase. This applies only to breakage, not color changes. In the unlikely event that a strap breaks or pulls loose, Tropitone will provide a replacement strap at no charge (labor not included.) -For 3 years: Tropitone warrantees its vinyl straps against discoloration for three years from the date of purchase.
