The Kamado Charcoal Grill/Smoker is definitely a unit you want to consider. This unique design allows food that requires to be grilled at different temperatures to be placed inside the cavity of the grill at the same time while ensuring the end results will be moist tender and never overdone. This distinctive design of the Kamado grill retains heat inside the grill while the outside surface will stay cool to the touch. An adjustable stainless steel draft door located at the top of the grill is designed to adjust the amount of smoke and heat that gets locked inside the grill and regulates the cooking temperature. The dome hinged lid will lock to a safe open position for easy access to the porcelain coated grilling surface. This non-stick porcelain coated grates are positioned closely together to ensure delicate foods like vegetables and seafood stay above the flame. Before grilling you should purchase a cradle that will hold the Kamado Charcoal Grill/Smoker. We recommend the Primo Kamado with folding Wood Side Tables which is a structurally steady cradle that offers two locking casters. Please note that any type of pressed or treated charcoal IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THE USE OF THIS GRILL. The Kamado Charcoal Grill/Smoker should ONLY be used with natural wood charcoal which burns cleaner and at a more even temperature leaving behind no ashes to clean up.
