It cooks while being cool to the touch on the outside too.Employing a unique firebox and grate design this grill enables you to cook different foods at different temperatures at the same time. Porcelain coated grill grates are closely spaced ensuring delicate foods like vegetables and seafood stay above the flame. You will find foods grilled on other grills come out bland by comparison. There are other ceramics out there but this is the best. Comes with instructional CD-ROM.NOTE: The Oval uses ONLY natural wood charcoal. Different from commercially processed charcoal natural wood charcoal burns much more evenly and at a better temperature for this type of cooking.
